The hotel is located near the train station. This was excellent as I arrived by train. The staff at the bar were friendly. The breakfast service extended until 12. This was amazing.

The room was quite small. I found no coffee facilities available. The carpet was dirty.

the staff was polite and helpful . the 24/7 mini shop was quite useful for late-night snacks and drinks. i found the breakfast spread to be good with fresh options available daily. the hotel's proximity to the train station simplified airport transfers and day trips.

the room felt a little compact for a longer stay so more space would have been welcome.

the hotel is steps away from the train station. a number of canal tours depart nearby. dining and shopping are within walking distance. the local tram stops are also right there.

The bar coffee was terrible. it was cold and not tasty. the staff was not helpful when i asked questions, directing me to my phone. They were young and did not understand i am not very phone literate.
